I have written a couple of digital books and placed them on Amazon and E-Junkie as a pdf. What I have found is the the pdf version on e-junkie sells much better than Amazon by a significant margin. The problem that I have is that I get emails from customers quite often saying that they did not receive their download, their dowload expired, they could not download, etc. So then I have to manually send them the pdf myself after I verify their payment. It's a pain in the neck.
More Reliable Than E-Junkie

So has anyone found a more reliable platform to do the above so that I don't have to get involved as much manually?
