More Reliable Than E-Junkie

I have written a couple of digital books and placed them on Amazon and E-Junkie as a pdf. What I have found is the the pdf version on e-junkie sells much better than Amazon by a significant margin.

The problem that I have is that I get emails from customers quite often saying that they did not receive their download, their dowload expired, they could not download, etc. So then I have to manually send them the pdf myself after I verify their payment. It's a pain in the neck.

So has anyone found a more reliable platform to do the above so that I don't have to get involved as much manually?

  • I use Gumroad to sell my ebooks and it's worked quite well so far....
  • SendOwl is another one, and they have pdf stamping as well. And a flat monthly fee. They don't take a transaction cut.
  • Thx. Just read about getDPD's affiliate program. I think that might be very useful for me. Ejunkie's affiliate program is a bit cumbersome imo
  • Why not put the ebooks on your own website, and deliver via Paypal? But you can try:

    - Tradebit
    - Payloadz
    - WSO
    - A payment processor that has a redirect feature after a customer orders from you.

  • I have had an E-Junkie account for quite some time, and I think you can alter your download settings to make the download link last forever.

    They are actually the very first payment processor I ever joined. I like them because for just $5 a month you can put up 10 products and they do not take a cut of every sale. They just take their flat $5 fee every month and that's it.

    That being said, I have also experienced issues with people not getting their download links mainly because they went to their spam folder.

    Another you have to understand about people not getting their links is that usually it's the customer's own fault because they don't realize that the product access info will be sent to their PayPal email. Lots of people do not use their PP email for anything else but PP. They expect that the product access will go to the email they use every day and that's not the case with most processors.
