    You have what initially appear to be contradictory statements. "Can be used to build a list" is vague, while "Can be given away for free" is definitive. I would defer to the definitive statement. Or I'd ask the PLR creator for clarification.

      No you cannot give the PLR ebook away. You can get some PLR ebooks in the same niche, get someone on Fiverr or www.freelancer.com to summarize them into one book and then you can give IT away. Or you can just find a nice PLR book that you can give away, it is up to you.

    Yes you can.

    When you use a PLR to build a list, you aren't actually giving it away for free, you are giving it away in exchange for an email. It's different from just give it to your friends without asking anything in return.
