Can you duplicated the landing page of a cpa offer ?

will cpa network be made when they see the referrer is a duplicated page ?

      I'm not going to let the visitor deal with the thing twice, i'm going to send them directly do the thank you page, while i get the lead they get the lead too, i hope you understand what i am saying professorrosado

        The reason people are paying you is so THEY can get the lead. If you are taking the lead and bypassing them then what will they be paying you for.

          agmccall, i'm not bypassing them, i will give them that lead, and i'll take it in the same time with a script that i just figured it out, but the problem is, i need to dublicated thier page on my host and when they submit they'll go directly to the thank you page, no need to enter thier email address again, i'll get the lead, they'll get the lead.
          and btw, i don't think cpa networks really see where the traffic comes from, do they ?

            Well, if you do this you will definitely find out. I know of a few that do indeed check where the traffic comes from and a few advertisers who also check. Mostly all the terms of service prohibit this (that I have read). Can't copy their site, keywords, campaigns, nothing - nada - zilch!

            Listen, all the big gurus make their own pages, get the lead and send them off to the offer - usually, you have a better chance at conversions with your own page than using theirs anyway. Do the same and move on!

    You would not want to do that. Make your own page and step away from what everybody else is promoting. Be careful though and make sure your cpa offer allows co-registration

    I find it funny that you even include a call to action in your headline

    It's okay to get inspiration from your competitors and might even replicate certain (small) aspects that you like, but bluntly downloading the whole page and reuploading it as your own is not okay. It might even get you into a legal trouble if you do that to the wrong person.

    I wouldn't do it. The fact that you have to ask this sketchy question simply means that you shouldn't get involved with it at all. Put your marketing "thinking cap" on, and be creative. You dont need to duplicate anyone's page. Get smart, gain ideas from others, then go and build your own landing page that is like any other - but still highly effective.
