Providing Quality in Your Internet Marketing Business

We all know that in order to create a successful Internet Marketing Business you must provide quality to each and every customer. Your reputation is always on the line. What do you do to keep your customers happy? No one likes to be cheated or fooled. How can we as Internet Markers go above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction?

    What do you mean?

If you've got a "normal" mentality, you'll know when (and when NOT to) appeal towards a customers needs.

If someone is trying to work their way around paying for content, I can tell - there's a difference between a legitimate argument, and someone trying to play me for a fool.

Providing Quality is synonym to Providing Massive Value

What you Can do is to create a Value Machine (Which I Like To Call It)

By Value Machine I meant a Pre Sell Page which provides so Much Value that user gets Blown Away by the Content ,What we do is when we launch a product ,We dont sell it straight away ,First We provide So Much Free Content like a free Membership Site and Under each Video there will be a call to Action Button ,This has worked wonderfully well for us and this results in low refund refund as the customer starts trusting you.

Having said dont put so much emphasis on this ,that we forget about our End goal ,as the end goal is to make money ,Try this combination and it will work

Always be consistent and congruent with what you say and stick by your convictions.

For example, if you send out an initial email telling your Subs how much you hate SEO and then later on you try to hawk an SEO course on them ..well you look like a jackhole

It takes your Credibility away, totally !

Effectively solve the problem your customer has.

If more IMers would do that, instead of pushing stupid crap nobody really needs, that would really help.

Same thing happens in department stores, though: useless products pushed on consumers. Do you have a place in your home (or business) for a dinosaur that fires a boomerang?

The root problem is that when something is properly dressed up, it'll sell.

So really, durableoil, the issue is this:

What kind of a marketer do you want to be?

Do you want to be the "well, the herd is so dumb it'll buy anything, so I might as well get my slice of the pie because it's going to somebody..."

or will you be the "I just can't and won't sell crap to people; I don't care if I make less money than I would have."

Like everything in life, it comes down to you. Not them. Not the products. Not the marketplace. You.

I agree it all comes down to the ethics of individual. I do not believe in fooling others to get ahead.

100% Satisfaction is a myth. The only way to make some people happy is to give them something to be unhappy about.

The best you can do is to offer products and services that do what you say they will do and describe them honestly. Do what you say you will do. Treat people fairly and with respect until they prove they are not deserving of respect. Not much else you can do...

I always try to provide best service and do little bit more as in contract to make customer extra happy ! But sometimes it backfires to me because some people are too demanding and you can never provide 100 satisfaction everytime.

Just provide a ridiculous amount of value. I am selling a program for $9 right now and everybody told me I could sell this program for over $100 easily. This is how you get customers that keep coming back.

Start out by thinking how you can help your customers.

What are your customers problems? What keeps them up at night?

Can you help people sleep better at the end of the day?

I am questioning my own business and realize that I need to change
my goals to reflect my customers.

The money will come if you provide the value your customers want.

But the way to keep a customer coming back is to help them
in their business, whatever they hope to achieve.

Transparency and honesty upfront. Don't give customers false hopes or expect they will get more than you can deliver. Some people over-promise and under-deliver.

If you say you can get something done in X amount of time, do it. But make sure you are able to do it before you promise to do it.

Do quality work. Don't take shortcuts. By all means, be smart and resourceful, but don't cheapen your work just to make a bit more extra profit.

Building relationships with customers is a long term activity. I've built my business on satisfying my clients, having open communications, letting them know if I can't do something and if somebody can do it for them better, and having a total understanding for what they want to accomplish so I can best serve them.

    Few ways:

    1) Free support after a purchase
    2) A long money back guarantee
    3) Continually updating products
    4) Free gifts every once in a while
    5) Discounts on some of your best selling products
    6) Fast response (preferably before 24 hours)

First up it is you not we that wish to know the answer to this question! but I have one for you
After all the questions you have asked on the forum have you ever done anything about it and made money?
As you have anther thread up on the board asking what is the best way to blog I think!

I would have thought after all the questions that have been asked you would have taken action by now?

    Sorry that was two questions.

I truly believe in over delivering first and foremost, and offering super customer service after you have delivered your product or service is key. Most can deliver, but customer service sometimes goes lacking. I think the two together will make an awesome internet marketing company.

Nice question, The answer is in the question itself if u want to satisfy a customer first of all you have to know what he need. Just post the content that they want from your website. remove unnecessary data and make webpage simple so there wil b no confusion. Provide links that can take them to the item they are searching for in 1 click.
