I'm having trouble with finding out, what kind of email you guys use for all of your affiliate sites. And i'm talking to all of you guys which: set up an affiliate site and promote it through all of the social media sites there is out there.

Example: I create affiliate site. I want to create a twitter acc and a pinterest acc etc.

Question is: Do you guys just create a new email account on google? Or how do you sort it? I've heard of people having 100's of affiliate sites, how do you control all those email accounts?

Sorry for the bad laungage, but the message is more important than the grammar

Best regards, Hemmer.

I personally have one Gmail account I use for everything overall, and then a small handful of more specific emails that are more focussed on my products and services. I run all of my emails through Outlook so it's very easy to manage.

I'd imagine that those with many affiliate sites therefore many potential email addresses, would either outsource the management of those emails, or the emails would automatically redirect to a master email so they all go to the same place, helping the person remain organised.

I create an email with the hostname for the site (eg. if my site is www.myaffiliatesite.com, my email might be chris@myaffilaitesite.com) and all emails come into my central email address

I myself have always used Gmail. I have three Gmail accounts I use for various tasks...signing up for autoresponders, personal correspondence, and other various business tasks.

Gmail also makes it easy to hop between accounts, but we like to keep everything streamlined with a central address, that way nothing slips through the cracks.

If you happen to have multiple email accounts and want to see them all in one place, you can forward all your email to one Gmail account, and select to reply by default from the same email address it was addressed to, instead of the email address is was forwarded to.

    Example:

You have email addresses "hemmer@example1.com;" "hemmer@example2.com" and "hemmer@example3.com."

You can forward all of them to warriorhammer@gmail.com, and when someone sends an email to hemmer@example1.com, you also receive it in the inbox of your aforementioned Gmail account, from which you can reply by default from hemmer@example1.com.

To do this, you need to set up multiple "aliases": https://support.google.com/a/answer/33327?hl=en

After that, select "Reply from the same address the message was sent to" under "When replying to a message:" setting.

Also, to distinguish between emails coming from different email addresses, you can simply add colored labels for each email address.

I know Aweber frowns upon using Free emails because of Deliverabilty issues. I used Yahoo until this issue came up. And then I switched to what Chris does and it's been fine

No, don't use Google, Google track your activity. Use Hotmail.

With your webhosting provider, create alias and point them all back to your main email that you use for business.

    So you could have:

    - sales@domain .com
    - hr@domain .com
    - purchasing@ domain.com
    - etc

Then just have all of the emails that get sent to those above, sent straight to your main basic email address. You webhosting provider might want to charge you more (upgrade plan) - depending on how many email alias you make.
