Need help posting videos to YouTube

I want post a vendor supplied video to youtube, but it keeps getting blocked for possible copyright violations.

I've seen mountains of videos where people advertise a product. Not sure why the one I'm trying to post is being blocked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Make sure the video is unique from all sides.

    Try uploading your video file into Camtasia and edit it a little bit to make it different from the original. Then when uploading to You Tube, try avoiding some of the words in the description and tags that might be copyrighted.

    One thing that usually gets blocked is if the video has music in it. You have to list that down in the description area and fill out the requirements. What they said here is also a good tip. It would be a good idea to alter the video a bit so it won't get flagged.

      I ended up figuring it out. I looked at the properties of the video and found information pointing back to one of the vendors social media accounts. I called them up and asked that they provide me with a new copy that didn't have to attributes.

      They sent me a new copy with none of those details in it and it uploaded fine.
