How do you deal with your competitors? Competition nowadays has been so tricky. It would take a lot of thinking and decision making to do before we can plan our own marketing strategy. What tips can you share to be able to have an edge over the competitors?

    Use them to your advantage. Watch what their doing, and do it better. A lot of times, what sometimes seems as competion is actuctually slightly different, and you can compliment each other with your products. But I also understand your concern, I always liked the phrase, in business there is no second place.

      I agree with your point Randy. It is like "if you can't beat them, then join them"? I am always motivated when more competitors appear and I admit I really learn from them too.
