The White House ignores the people, why should they care about laws?

Edit: I should have read closer, MacFreddie already pretty much said the same thing..

Unfortunately, I'd have to say that anyone who takes up to 30% of every single dollar your earn might just qualify as having a prior relationship. Besides, our rights only matter to the extent that they can be twisted to push their agenda.

A "transactional or relationship message" - email that facilitates an agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer in an existing business relationship - may not contain false or misleading routing information, but otherwise is exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act.

But, they say they didn't do anything wrong! LOL Every time a question comes to them, you can see them trying to quickly figure out what you want to hear factored against what others want to hear. They must have huge headaches!

I was actually going to post something about why does the White House get to ignore CAN SPAM Laws? Didn't think I would be allowed, so I didn't.

I saw earlier today there was a father of a teenage girl who got two emails from the White House. Because they have to be archived, his daughter's email address will eventually become public information. As the guy said, anyone can sign anyone up to this "list."

I don't care if you're red or blue, the White House should not have access to your personal email submitted to them by someone else.

      Hi Jason,

      Don't you get it?

This White House is for change and whatever it takes to bring about that change is for the better good.

I for one, am mad as heck, and I'm not taking it anymore. If they aren't going to do what we're telling them to do, then they are out of here. The jobs we have given them aren't tenured.

      Best Regards,

      Jim
