I am looking for the service

INTERNET MARKETING

Let's say I am promoting some app. I need service/software which will provide me with a link. Whenever a person will click that link, it will determine whether he is using iOS or Android, and redirect him to the correct link with an app download (either AppStore or GooglePlay)
If someone has any information on that type of software please reply

  That information should be in the user agent parameter; just redirect based on that.
