another stupid question.
i now work with different proggers on bigger project. i get all my new contacts for proggin on getafreelancer.com...
some of the communication is nice but i´m not really satisfied with some folks there.
they work cheap o.k. but often they tell more then they really can handle and work is really, really slow.
where would you find better proggers and specialist for onlinebusiness.
i don´t want to have it free but i want to work faster and not such expensive like i see some experts in my homestate germany.
do you know some good companies for social network, php, flash and things like that proggin???
