Newbies Listen Up! If you buy with paypal....

FOR GOD SAKES PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL THAT YOU BOUGHT WITH... before disputing a purchase and claiming the seller never emailed you...

It's unbelieveable to me how people will; buy something with one paypal email address then email me with another demanding the item not realizzing they are just not checking the correct email!

So if you are a newbie and you buy something with paypal PLEASE check your PAYPAL EMAIL's IUNBOX AND SPAM FOLDER

and don't just file a paypal dispute when you dont find the email..

for god sakes at least try to reach out to the business first.. before assuming they are scamming you!!

    If this is happening to you then you need to take more steps to make sure the customer receives the product they have ordered...

    According to PayPal's TOS you are required for digital products to have a link to the download on the very next page the customer goes to after payment. This would be your download page.

    If you are doing an upsell then a message should appear at the top of the upsell sales letter letting the reader know that the download link is available at the bottom of the upsell page.

    Plus when the customer returns to your site from PayPal the customer should automatically be added to your autoresponder.

    Your autoresponder should also send out the link to the download page to the customer.

    If you use a service like JVZoo or Warrior Plus these services also send the download information to the customer.

    Never depend on only one product delivery system to give your customer access to the product. What I have explained above uses three different systems to give the customer a way to access the product they have just purchased.

    If you were to do this the disputes will be very few when it comes to not receiving the product they have purchased. I seems that you are scolding your customers when you are really the one who has fallen short on making sure your customer receives their product.
