CB Order Form Sumbit Count: 2, Sale: 0?

Hello, can anybody explain if this scenario is normal:

Order Form Impression Count: 10
Order Form Submit Count: 2
Gross Sales Count: 0

How come I was not credited for the two Order Form Submit that happened? Order Form Submit means the buyer actually bought the item right?

Yeah, I have the same thing and I don't understand.

Moreover, one of the products I promote has 2 submit counts and 3 sales. I don't think I can complain

    No.

Order Form Submit: The act of a prospective customer
clicking the Pay Now button on the ClickBank Order Form (our
reporting will count up to one order form submit per
customer visit to the order form)

    FAQ section

Q: Why does my number of Order Form Submits not match my
    Gross Sale Count?

A: There are several reasons that an order form submit may
not turn into an order including (1) the customer didn't
enter all the fields correctly and (2) the customer's method
of payment was declined. When a customer doesn't enter the
fields correctly, which happens more often, our order form
is designed to help customers to enter the correct
    information as efficiently as possible.

    Nice one, Harvey.

Or could it be the product is a trial copy (such as registry software) and the customer has not bought yet?

Okay, let me explain something REALLY simple (especially for those promoting IM products, this concerns you BIG TIME).

Imagine that I've been around the net for a long time, and I am a buyer of ebooks, methods, programs, etc.

I go through someones sale page and I'm interested, but when I click 'pay now' there is all this CLICKBANK logo everywhere. Now, does Clickbank have my trust?

For a lot of people this is NO.

I say that, because with clickbank being so large, many blue farters and rubbish content makers did things over the years that lowered the overall trust of the Clickbank brand. It's just the way it is...

But if it's a product for IM - it gets even worse. They click the pay now button, and are greeted with CLICKBANK

Clickbank eh? I'll get myself a discount by getting my own aff link and buying it myself.

Happens FAR FAR FAR more than anyone would like to admit.

These factors (outside of the basic factors involved with any sort of product sale) are some of the more important ones when dealing with Clickbank products.

Finally, there is scraping, but surely clickbank wouldn't be involved in that at all!
