Authorize.net Payza Paypal Skrill Stripe ?

Dear Support,

I'm new in your forum. I have an account with Paypal near 15 years. And now my account is blocked FREEZE for 180 days!!! . I'm waiting this 180 days, after that, i will transfer the money to my bank account and unsbscribe.

Now, i can't sell some items in Ebay, iOffer, Bonanza.... I like to know the best & the secure payment online for sellers. Because Paypal can't confirm the shipping address with 100% warranty.

I'm searching the best online payment, no problem if it's not FREE. But i don't have: "Merchand ID or Business Name", just seller online in Ebay.

Also, i will create my website (Also Merchand ID and Business name), can i use the same payment or i need to create a new one.

I need you help & your suggestions.

Best regards,
Thanks.

  • If you want to go down the Paypal route again, you will have to create an entirely new Paypal account. The problem is that you won't be able to use the same bank account number with the new Paypal account (they check that!).

The problem is that Paypal is so trusted in the marketplace, that it's a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario. You do risk losing sales if you don't use them.

If Paypal Freese another time my account!!!! i will not open a bank account everytime and i have a good feedback with my client 99.99%. That's why i'm looking for new online payment. Maybe the first time, i will lose some client, but also my feedback will help me. Now, i'm using Payza, but this one force my client to open an account with Payza!!!
If you have any other secure payment.

      Thanks.

Unfortunately, it's just PayPal you can use to see stuff on eBay. Others like Authorize.net, Payza, Skrill, Stripe etc won't work with aBay.

I maybe wrong since I don't sell on eBay, I buy only.

Why did your account get blocked?

Paypal works very well except for thier high merchant fee's. They work well with what you are doing with ebay.

Me too i don't know why? i called Paypal, they say: "Don't worry sir, after 180 days, you will receive your money", i don't know why??? and when i search in Forums, i'm not the first and sure i will not be the last.

No, some sellers don't use Paypal in Ebay, they use for example: Authorize.net, but i ask the question to have a good compare between payments: The secure one, the fast one, the best support....etc. No problem if it's not FREE.
I don't have an idea about Amazon, but sure it's not working in Ebay, but i saw this one in iOffer and others website to sell.

      Thanks.

As far as I know -- PayPal holds funds for 180 days due to the following reasons:

        1. Your PayPal account is linked to another PayPal account that has a negative balance -- You can contact PayPal and ask them to deduct this balance from the PayPal account with the witheld funds. They usually release the witheld funds a few days once this has been done; or

        2. Your PayPal account has unusually high disputes, claims, chargebacks and / or refund requests; or

        3. Many of the disputes and claims filed against you by your buyers are for purchased items that have not been shipped to them ...

Well, they could also have other reasons, but then again, they're PayPal, and many PayPal users encounter such issues time and again ...

Ebay has 3 payment options for buyers, namely PayPal, Internet merchant account and cash upon product pick-up; and

According to this here =>> https://arbd.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ewaySignupPage

Ebay only supports 3 Internet merchant account providers, namely Payflow, Authorize.Net and CyberSource ...

If I were selling in Ebay, I'd go with Authorize.Net -- Here are some FAQs about their merchant account application process: Online Application FAQs - For Merchants - Authorize.Net

        BUT ...

If I just wanted to sell through my own site, then I'd get my own merchant account, or a third party merchant account (that's only if I didn't have a registered business) ...

Sorry to hear bud...And the worst part is, 99% of people prefer to pay with Paypal.

The same thing happened to me 6 years back, Google blocked my account because I sent a personal payment on the request of a domain broker. It was my own bad, and Paypal closed my account back then.

I have since been using Moneybookers (skrill) and Alertpay (Payza) but for Paypal, the best solution I could find for recieving paypal payments without having a Paypal account and still getting my money paid to me via bank wire has been 2checkout.

I know many people speak badly of them, but I figured I'll give them a run and have been getting really good service. Great regular fraud reviews, fast payments and an over-all good experience.

You may want to check them out.

Me too i don't know why Paypal block my account.
And this is the Paypal message:

"" We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and determined
that you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your
sales / offers of Goophones on Ioffer.
      ""

1- I have one Paypal account, never linked to another.
2- Disputes, not enough. And always, i'm the winner, all my shipping are with tracking number and all information of the buyer.
3- All my clients receive items bought.

Now, i can't use another time Paypal, because i will not create another account, new email....etc

If i understand, for Ebay, i need to use Authorize.net. And for other websites i can use 2CO!!!

2CO is it the alone payment who accept Paypal payment without account???

That's beside the point. Ebay, PayPal, 2CheckOut and Amazon do not allow unauthorized copies, counterfeit items and replicas, regardless if buyers knowingly want to buy these items and are satisfied with their purchase ...

I don't know about Authorize.net and CyberSource, but I think they don't allow their merchants to sell and process sales of unauthorized copies, counterfeit items and replicas ...

Like I said earlier -- If you still want to continue selling these Goophones, especially since you said you're selling well and buyers are happy, then what you can do are the following:

            1. Set up a site ...

            2. Get your own merchant account or a third party merchant account from a provider that specializes in high risk industries ...

            3. Integrate your site's shopping cart with your merchant account / third party merchant account, in order to accept credit / debit card payments from customers that you'll drive to your site ...

Also, here's what I suggest, in order to most likely increase your sales significantly:

First, get a third party MOTO (mail order / telephone order) merchant account with virtual terminal from a provider that specializes in high risk industries ...

Second, get a toll free DID number or a local DID number from tollfreeforwarding.com or another DID provider that allows your customers from the countries that you're targeting to call you without any cost for them regarding sales inquiries and other support concerns regarding the products that you're selling ...

Third, set up your DID number to forward to your local landline / mobile phone / softphone -- You can even hire native speaking telesales agents in Upwork for a minimal retainer and an attractive sales commission offer (they get say 20% or so for each sale that they close, and pay them say $400 per month as a retainer)

Fourth, place your toll free number in a visible, attention-grabbing section of your website. The point is to entice viewers to call you so as to get immediate answers to their questions, inquiries and concerns, which will also improve your chances of closing sales ...

Fifth, advertise your website. Also advertise your toll free or local DID number via click to call campaigns in relevant search and display, social and private networks ...

            Hope this helps ...

Lot of sellers sell this model. And in my description, i write always, the Brand, and also Made In China.

Now, i have a new license "Reseller" from a new Suppliers in USA. And that's why i like to use with Ebay, and also new website.

I chatted with a Shopify support and he told i can use only Shopify payments. They accept only Credit Card.
That's i like to know some others like Shopify with Domain, Template, SSL, Payment option (if possible including his Paypal, not only credit card). In the website, 2CO accept Paypal without account. But Ecommerce like shopify, i don't know enough.

A PayPal account is not required when selling through Shopify, though it's one of the many available payment options -- See this here: https://www.shopify.com/faq/what-met...-customers-use

Most Shopify store owners accept credit card payments but you can offer more options like Cash on Demand, Money Orders, etc. Shopify integrates with many
different payment processing services, and more are being added all the time. Just give Shopify the details once you've set up an account with one of them.

Yeah I use 2checkout daily on my little PLR store. You can check it out on-site in one of my footer links. I'm using it for about a year now without any issues. Actually quite happy with it.

The fees is a bit high but worth it for me since they allow me to accept PayPal on my site without needing a PayPal account and pay me directly to my bank account.

I have had 2 fraud cancellations last year when customers put in the wrong details or for example say they from South Africa but pay for UK. Like when your details just match up. But other than that, everything has been smooth sailing.

I'm am not sure about seller warranties, speak to their seller support team, they were quite helpful when I signed up.

I am not sure who else offers it. But YES, 2CO allows you to accept PayPal payments directly to your 2checkout account without needing your own PayPal account. If their are issues with payments or with the sale, you get a chance to sort it out with your customer before the transaction gets refunded due to PayPal disputes.

Oh no, that's terrible that your account got blocked

I've recently switched to Payza for personal use and don't have any problems with it at all...it's essentially just like Paypal but not as big.

Not really sure if it can be used with Ebay though as I haven't tried, but overall Payza is a great site and I'm glad I joined up with them!

And some providers have payment. The seller don't need to have Paypal, Amazon, Authorize account.

Paypal is a great convenient option for most businesses, but they have a few downfalls. Sometimes the hold on accounts can last months & the processing fees are greatly inflated compared to some options. Depending on what you are processing, there might be a cheaper option, although Paypal works on nearly every platform available. Shop around, and best of luck!

They are selling you a new Paypal account (they set it up for you).

The problem is that your new account is still required to operate within Paypal's Acceptable Use Agreement. If your intent is to begin selling counterfeit/knock-off products using the new account... it is also subject to Paypal's Acceptable Use policies, and it will also get frozen.

This is a common occurrence with aggregators. Square, Strip, Paypal etc. all aggregators. They use 1 merchant account associated to all signups. The application process is quick, because you get approved without traditional verification used by merchant account providers.

Merchant account providers take a lot longer to verify, but they work with you for chargebacks, they work with you for account issues.

Aggregators are a hassle when it comes down to it. These account closures are frequent, and it's a complicated process to recover.
