Has anyone grown an agency through outsourcing?
I found some tips on how to grow an agency via outsourcing to virtual assistants. Sharing a few below, and want to hear your thoughts on scaling up through outsourcing--have you done it? Would you recommend it?
What can a VA do?
In addition to secretarial tasks like scheduling meetings and answering emails, VAs are actually great for the important marketing functions of your business, too. For example, if you create a process document on how to edit a blog for SEO and check keywords, they will be able to make blog edits.
What does a VA need to be successful?
A process. A complete, blueprinted process that has all the information they need to do their jobs. This means all the login info for the tools they'll need to use, videos and screen recordings of the tasks they need to do, examples of what success looks like in their job, etc.
