Birthday coming up, $100 to spend, what software to buy?

My birthday is coming up on the 26th and my mother deposited an early birthday gift on my prepaid bluebird card. Looking to buy some software, but not sure what to get?

Long Tail Pro
Traffic Travis
GSA Search Engine Ranker
Other

I been using the free version of Traffic Travis for several months and i like it. Tried the trial of LTP, but the captcha kept looping forever and not proceeding. Downloaded the Demo of GSA, but just used it last night.

Anyone have any recommendations?

This is a terrible reason to spend money. Only buy things when you know that they are a solution to a problem you have identified in your business. It sounds like you don't have a business yet.

You'll just end up wasting your money on some magic bullet solution that doesn't do what you needed to do, because you don't know what you want it to do. Save your money and wait until you know what you need.

I've been using fiver to buy backlinks and social signals (and some other stuff). I Can do without purchasing Keyword research tool, because i use a combination of TT, Google Keyword Planer and moz. Wouldn't i save money in the long run with GSA?

I agree wholeheartedly with Jason. Buy things to help you only if you need them.

Keeping the money in your pocket is a good thing. One day you will find something you NEED that may help you achieve your online goal - then pull the money out of your pocket and buy it.

Have you identified for a fact that you need a keyword tool? That you can't go forward without it?

There will always be a shiny object to spend your money on. Always. You get the money, you'll figure out a way to spend it. Put a harness on this tendency instead.

          This is BIRTHDAY money!

If there is no pressing need (food, clothing, shelter) then it can be spent on what every might bring the OP some enjoyment.

If OP doesn't have a business yet, I think these types of tools can actually be helpful in determining a niche and learning with.

          JMO.

My birthday is coming too! I am debating between a new giant rock ring or a brand new ipod. While I can use the ipod for business stuff, that ring will never be outdated.

Can't imagine that. Birthday money for me from dear old Mum was a night of vodka tonics and endless lap dances.
Where did the good ole days go to LOL

It's your birthday!! Which, happy birthday by the way

Like the others mentioned, don't get sucked in to buying every program that comes out because you got sold by the sales copy. Hold onto the monies until there is something you actually need that will help you to grow your business and make more money…either that or take yourself to a nice dinner and get drunk….Can't beat making memories!

Wouldn't recommend any software, I'd recommend spending it on building a niche website, build some backlinks and then wait for the long tail keywords from your posts to end up in Google and then start profiting long term that way. You can checkout a guide on how to do this here.

I was going to say what they said above (which is relevant), however, we are in eCommerce here. So go spend some money. Keep the Internet economy going!

If you don't need it, don't buy. Simple as that. You might as well buy video games for that money
