Can anyone walk me or point to an article that tells how the whole JVing thing works from the revenue sharing perspective and steps for getting started?

- Will I need to provide unique links to each affiliates?
- How to share sales revenue sharing with affiliates. If we agree on 50:50, then can it be automated or atleast done with a single click?
- How soon can I pay to my affiliates? - I prefer doing it at earliest.
- Is Paypal sufficient for monetary transactions?
