About Shopping Cart Solution

I use Aweber and OptimizePress. (By the way, is OP outdated, why noone use it anymore?) I need a shopping cart solution but I don't want to pay monthly fees for that. Basically, I don't have any money right now. Anyway, I don't want to collect money via PayPal and I cannot use Clickbank because my program is in Greek. I am wondering if there is a solution that gets paid with percentage from a sale. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your answer.
