1.000.000 Page views - Strategy Plan

Hi everyone,
My name's Alan, I write from Italy and I have to develop a big project for a client.

Here's the aim: 1mln page views before 31st December 2016.

Site niche: personal and professional coaching.

Budget: not a money problem, obviously we don't have to waste money.

Previous situation: an important bank in Italy decided to create this kind of site with many important authors in my country. With no social activity they had 200k page views in 2015. Site is www.centodieci.it (centodieci means 110 and it's the best vote you can get when you graduate at university)

Language: just Italian

Main problem and also main advantage: my country is not so advanced in internet marketing as English countries, people here is starting to understand it but at the same time is not used to it

Contents: motivational post (like those from Kyosaki and richdad just to make a sample). Storytelling (like those from Foundrmag and Nathan Chan) and live events posts not directly connected to the niche (we will host, for istance, Patch Adams - yes, the one they made a movie with Robin Williams - for a week all around the country and we will follow him with videos, live twitting and all the stuff related).

My work: create a social campaign to boost page views on the site.

What I have already planned: creating social media profile on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (other social are not popular here), creating adv campaign (I do know about advertising but we have an advertiser, I don't know the budget for each month but I can't tell them...spend big amount on advertising...otherwise they could say: OK, and what do you do?), creating social contest (do you have any suggestions on prizes?), creating YouTube channel for the events (40 events from now to the end of the year). Those are the main things.

Strategy for posting: 5 post a day on Facebook to let people know us until 31st march then 3 until the end of the year. Each post would be motivational in the morning (or night, we will make test on it), content from the site (they update contents twice a day so I post about those contents), event promotion and one to be defined.
3 post a day on instagram.
Twitter follow Facebook.
I'd like to know what you guys think about it.

Tools: I thought about Hootsuite for scheduling, Trello for project management. I'd to have your opinion about those and suggestions about competitors. I don't know best solutions about contests and about reporting (I will have to make a weekly report so this tool is very important). I would also like to know if you know some tool that let you create your images easily. We will have plenty motivational sentences and I'd like to have something that let me easily create images where I just have to change background and edit the phrases.
