I think you are doing great already. You just need to focus on social media since you can find a good target market out there. Try also advertising on your target area like a simple sticker and tarpaulins. The basics never grows old.

Build high quality links and provide unique and interesting contents to user. use the social media also build an engagement to users educate them.

Great your activities are good but for the more traffic you can do guest posting and pornographic submission, Guest posting is most effective actives for the gain traffic

In my opinion, you have to change the way you're thinking about digital marketing if you want different results.
