Here's a riddle: how do I find Clickbank affiliates, when I only know their alias?

Hey wise men (and women),

New at the vendor position, just launched a product in the remedies niche, hustling to find people to promote it. It's doing 1,5% in cold traffic, so not that bad, and I'm still optimizing and adding to it. ALL THE TIME.

But I'm stuck in finding affiliates, and I'm not delusional enough to actually believe they will find me.

I got all these aliases for CB affiliates, like zerodot, webringer, mediapays, spole99 etc - you get the idea.

Can you show/tell me how can I find their real contact information? name, email, LinkedIn etc .

tried googling , no result.

I'd appreciate the help, good people.

Thank you!

If you are new to Clickbank as a vendor then you should be able to use the Affiliate Finder tool that's part of ClickBank Insights. This should highlight affiliates that would be suitable for your product and then you can message them.

That's interesting Jay. I specifically asked CB about finding affiliates and they raised their shoulders.

    Thanks!

To be honest I do not think you can. When someone does sign up you can have a affiliate tools page where they need to give you contact information to access. But, they are basically Clickbanks affiliates and not yours. At least that is how they see it.

If you are treating Clickbank seriously and making enough money through it you may want to consider buying software to handle affiliate management and other things. Take a look at programs like EasyClickMate and Affiliate Page Pro but don't buy anything unless you are already making money from your products to justify it.

Understanding the need to recruit affiliates is an excellent first step.

Now, quit focusing on CB affiliates.
Broaden your search to ALL affiliate marketers. If your offer is good enough, it's easy enough for them to become a CB affiliate (if that's necessary to promote your offer).

If it's easier for you to identify an affiliate marketer from JVZoo, or from PPC ads, or even from bloggers that come up after a google search for your keyword phrases... contact them with your affiliate offer. If it's good enough, and CB is a requirement, it's a no-brainer for them.

If you want to find who an existing affiliate is, try this:

      1. Create a hop link with your name as the affiliate, and the affiliate's as the vendor. This may take you to the affiliate's site (although not necessarily the one they are promoting from), if the affiliate is also a CB vendor.

      2. Google their nickname. You might be surprised. Sometimes people use the same nickname on forums, etc. as their ID.

@ Jay - true, true, but that's just the thing: I'm not making money yet, hence the need for speed .

@ Sid, that makes sense, and it's on my to-do list. Thanks!

@Sunil - googling right now. Like I said, very weak results..

    Thanks guys!

Any other insight on what I might google? i was thinking "name of competitor product+ review"
