How Many Clicks for Testing Offers?

I'm testing a couple of affiliate Clickbank offers...have set up my ads/squeeze pages, etc...

How many clicks to you Super Affiliates use to determine whether to keep or kill the campaign?

Thanks in advance for any and all input!

i think how many click is not important and what is more important is how many sale do you get before you stop or continue the campaign. just my 2 cent

depends on type of traffic , is it ppc traffic, or organic seo traffic ? traffic clicking through from your blog ?

The going number seems to be 200 clicks. That should give you a good number to determine conversions when you consider that the least you can expect is 1%, which would be 2 on 200. Of course, you'll want a better conversion but if you get 200 clicks and no sales, you need to fix something.

always run several ppc sources at the same time and track ... many times you will notice bad traffic as opposed to good traffic if you are tracking correctly. If all traffic sources are low conversion, then something is wrong with your landing page, your offer or the affiliate's system's accounting.

I was talking to dave bullock about this the other day and we both agreed that 200 clicks is about right. If you are making an offer and 200 people see it and dont buy then you can be pretty sure that its a loser. (ppc traffic)

This also depends on price. I am talking about your typical front end offer here... $17-$50

Isn't the sales more important than the clicks and it is the sales that you can track?

I think some tests can be gauged immediately. Sometimes the results are so dramatic that within like 50 clicks you can see a clear winner and loser. Other times, the longer the better.

I did an opt-in page test once on a page with not too much traffic, within half a day I knew which was the better as the difference was huge. And that was around 50 clicks.
