  Well I don't really like most of your choices, even if you can make an awesome review that will take time, people who sign up an email want what they're looking for right away.
  
  Why you don't mix different helpful content from your site and create a great video to help people where you can share it in exchange for their emails, they will be more likely to follow your site since it's about exactly that.
  
  A collection of ebooks would be great too, but would be better a single book, you can do it with the same strategy like the video, just mix some good quality content you have and share in as an ebook.

People respond very well to the word 'report'. Try split test different ebook titles and see what your list responds to best.
