Feedback from War Room members

I'm seriously considering joining the War Room and I have no problem paying the $97 fee....just wondering if it's worth the money?

I've read the sales page and the benefits sound awesome....just wondering if any members could chime in on what you like and/or dislike about the War Room?

Personally, at the current annual price I would skip it until the quality of the content improves.

    Cheers

I got in when it was $20.00 for a lifetime. I would never pay the current price.

Every time I log into the WF there are less than 50 people there. It is a graveyard of forgotten WSO's You see the same stuff day after day with rarely anything new or useful for us.

There have been many suggestions to Freelancer in the suggestion forum to make the warroom a place to go. but like most suggestions here, they fall on deaf ears.

There seems to be some sort of contest to see who can keep their
      thread bumped the longest.

It is worth it, if you are a new to internet marketing.
If you want to blog and have all your content indexed in a few hours. Plus you can use affiliate links there. I know because I submitted a support ticket and they told me it was okay.

There are a lot of excellent threads in there. Some links to product don't work and that is normal as time goes by.

Unfortunately, Alan Say's (creator of Warrior Forum) content is not in there anymore. That was a huge loss for war room members.

If I were you I would try it for a year and decide for yourself.

Of course I paid $17 Life time back in '09 and learned a lot since.

    Would I pay $97 for a year?
If I were new YES. Today you bet I would. Just for the "Warriors ask me anything."

I would not recommend it to anybody, there is enough quality here plus all the other sub-forums, if you want to go back far enough and find real quality posts. The War Room would overwhelm most newbies. If someone had little money to spend it would be a big waste of cash!

I was in there this past Summer and it had turned into nothing but a dumping ground for trash and away for people to build a list, with crap they posted for War Room members . If I was the OP I would save my money. Sad I use to recommend the War Room at $20.00 not anymore even if the price was rolled back !

At $20.00 lifetime I would definitely do it ( which I did). But as others have said the current annual rate is way over inflated, imho

Sadly, the War Room, which used to have actual value, has become a sleazy place for the lowest form of marketing. The rules are no longer upheld and all kind of scammy things are going on over there.

Save your money. Read the free information on the rest of the forum and on the rest of the internet. Spend your money on things that are actually useful to your business, like domain, hosting, autoresponder, advertising.

Totally agreeing with this point of view. I have been there at $20/lifetime. 2 years ago I were finding some decent useful information better than now.

Contrary to what most folks are saying, I have found War Room "goodies" that have been quite profitable to me. Yes, you do have to be quite selective and not just fall for every other scheme or strategy that sounds good.

But all it takes is one profitable idea and it can open the door to many thousands of dollars of business income if you implement it.

If you are not strapped for money and can afford to spend the money, I would suggest trying it for a year - that's the only way you're going to know if it's right for you.

Here's a hint: Bet on the jockey and not the horse. (Look for things from the people that are successful)

          The best to you,

          Steve

It's hard to find the good stuff. A lot of outdated links, 5 page eBooks, "coaching" pre-sells. Contributing your own guides and products is good though, everyone appreciates the time you put into it.

It isn't dissimilar to the "Best Online Resources" section.

The PM upgrade is more the benefit for me.

      I think there's a trial?

If you don't know much about internet marketing - and direct marketing in general... then the War Room would probably be a good option for you.

If you want to skip paying the $97 fee for the War Room - and STILL get some superb information for free..... use the search bar at the top of this page.

I like the others joined when it was $20 but now I think you would be wasting your money for $97, the war room is nothing like its former self .

Questions like this would come up 4-5 years ago and Warriors would be saying yes join if only for articles which by far were some of the best info you could get at the time and they would also mentioned to get a drive to download all the goodies there.

In the long run its up to you how you feel about it but I think there are now enough answers for you to make a decision

I like having access to it and that I got in when I did.

I do think some weeding needs to go on in there. Some things were dropped in which no longer link to valid web pages. Some people put stuff in there that they themselves pulled out on after some time.

It's going to boil down to what you think you might need in there actually.

I think it would be a good project for someone to actually break that area into some sub-forums.

I think for the price it is now, the forum should almost have some storage attached for certain things to be directly uploaded to the forum itself so they are always accessible. Things like donated themes or plugins, ebooks.

Things that link out to someone elses site in order to see them should not be in there. If it's already swinging out there on the web then it's really not feeling like you're in a "private room" anymore.

If that 97 was a one time fee for x years then maybe.

There's no guarantee you will get all the free WSO's you might want in there. That choice is made by the individual sellers.

You might be better off making a list of what it is you are wanting to get more information on exactly and determining from there if you can get the value by just going ala carte.
