Anyone else (buyers, vendors) having issues with WarriorPlus checkout?

A prospective buyer for one of my WSOs alerted me today to the fact that he was unable to purchase my product (I use WarriorPlus to process payments).

I clicked the Buy Now button, reached the Checkout page and, sure enough, when I click the Checkout button, the page does not refresh to PayPal. I tried it not only with my own products but with products from other sellers as well.

I submitted a ticket to the W+ helpdesk but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

We released our latest offering, WpSerpFuel, yesterday on WarriorPlus. It was converting at 29% (very nice)

I woke up today at 7AM UK time to notice we received WSO of the Day (yay) but also noticed it was like 2 hours since our last sale.

After checking in with support I was told of the many emails we had received where users were unable to buy.

I tested our buy now buttons myself and found the exact same issue as you have noted. it just gets stuck on the checkout button on warriorplus.

I immediately emailed support and I am still waiting to hear back.

I thought I would also test other offers and found that if the offer is using the new warriorplus system then they are not working but the older buttons then they were working (most of todays top 10 sales listed on warriorplus are using the older buttons).

It's been 9 hours since our last sale. I can only assume these issues have been going on for that long.

Praying things get sorted soon.

Yeah, looks like they sorted things out. I received this email from W+ support:

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for contacting the WarriorPlus support desk.

There was indeed an issue with the checkout. The developers were working, in conjunction with the payment processors, on the issue through the night and have gotten things set back up. You should now be able to checkout with no problems.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience in this.
