I think the squeeze pages from wpprofit builder or instabuilder are good. To get conversions though is more about your copy. The way you write your squeeze page copy is more important. I'm not sure I explained what I meant well. Also the traffic sent to your squeeze page will affect your conversions. It has to be targeted traffic.

There are a lot of themes capable of producing a good looking squeeze page. I've used InstaBuilder and Optimize Press, but as Al said above, it mostly comes down to your copy.

Check out some of the LeadPages videos on squeeze page conversions. They helped me out quite a bit (I used to subscribe to LeadPages, but I think you can find the videos without a subscription).
