Hubpages alternative?

5 replies
Hello to all.

I am trying to do an 'advertorial' type of article - I fell that this is the bet way to promote this cpa offer I have. But Hubpages is strictly against anything that looks like its an advertisement or sales pitch. And others, such as articlesbase, require to review your article before they publish it, which could take 2-10 business days and they more than likely would not accept that type of article (product review/advertorial).

There are others, but they don't allow affiliate links, even if they are contextual.

Does anyone know of an article submission platform that is friendly to marketers?

Thanks in advance.

    Hey BigMike56, I definitely recommend you check out LiveJournal.com

    There are fairly active communities in most niches and you're free to share posts on whatever you want; LiveJournal is supposed to be a "safe-spot" for sharing any of your views/opinions.

    Just look up "What is LiveJournal?" on YouTube and you'll see what I mean.

    Regards,

    Hey Daniel, can I embed affiliate links at LiveJournal? I don't see a FAQ page or guidelines page there.

    I used LiveJournal waaay back in 2014... but I know that back then they certainly allowed affiliate links as long as you didn't spam them as comments on other people's journals.

    When I had a LiveJournal account I had a few entries with affiliate links and it was never a problem, so hopefully (for you) this hasn't changed.

    You agree to NOT use the Service to:
    m. Use the LiveJournal Service solely to promote and/or drive traffic to another website, business, or commercial enterprise;
    Terms of Service
    Just a guess, but I would say that covers affiliate links.
