Contact past customers and offer them something else.

Contact past customers and ask them for referrals.

    You have many options:
    direct mail
    SEO
    online ads
    ads in trade magazines
    ads in local newspapers
    networking
searching Google for sites that look like they need a makeover, contacting site owner
hook up with related professionals, offer them a fee for referrals
    telemarketing
    facebook
    facebook ads

All take time and/or money. All have some learning curve.

What do you already know, when it comes to marketing? How much money are you willing to invest in a new client? (What's a client worth to you, immediate value/ life-time value?)

What's your positioning? How are you different from your competitors?

Who's your ideal client? What's the easiest way to put your info in front of him/her/they/it?

I would give facebook ads a try, but make sure you understand what you are doing or else you can lose money very quickly.

Their audience insights tool is a really good way to get your ads in front of your targeted audience.

You can always try to get leads through social medias, and communities where your target audience would likely be at.

I hope this gives you some insights buddy, and good luck to you, and your business.
