I'm thinking of getting into amazon affiliate marketing. I'm really good at researching a product that I'm about to buy to make sure that I don't get burned. I thought that with the level of research that I go into, I might be able to create a site around it and help other people who are looking for the same thing as me to make the best choice. Naturally commenting on the pros and cons of all the products that I find.
target usa or uk?

This is going to be mainly the DIY power tool section and hopefully create a arch that leads to a site that deals with what I do with the power tools, or from the power tools. Directing traffic back and forth, or part of the same site.
I'm based in the UK, should I be primarily targeting UK amazon or would I be missing out by not making my reviews/product suggestions geographically unspecific?
I'm yet to start this venture, but thought it might be important to figure this out now. If I want to be UK, or US, or is there a way to be everywhere?
As I am UK based, is it going to convert more as I 'speak their language' or does it really matter?
I've read lots about IM but am yet to make a site or my first £/$ any help about where I should focus and who my target audience should be would be very much appreciated.
