What plan of action would you tell my Dad to do for $750/month?

My Dad and Mom are visiting me from out of town, and although they are here to see their grand kids they are also here because my Dad who just retired would like to make an extra $750/month online to start out with and grow an online business.

He has money to live on, but wants to generate some income online, so I am helping him continue to get his online business established. He can write, is a quick learner, and is starting to understand some basic IM stuff. Since he just retired he also will have 6 to 8 hours per day to totally focus on this, and more time can be spent if required.

With this said though what plan of action would you recommend my Dad take to make an extra $750/month?

Who can come up with the best step-by-step plan of action to make this happen?

I will layout my strategy in one of the posts below, but would like to get your opinions first. Any business model or plan of action will be good for ideas.

Any help or plan of action you can give would be awesome! He doesn't know I am doing this, so I want to show him some killer things here!

    How about building a portfolio of product based niche affiliate websites, built well one website can easily generate $150-250 a month after around 3 months. This would be using an affiliate program such as eBay,Amazon or Overstock.

    Have you considered making your dad your Marketing Manager
    hence you could get him to help you with the marketing of your
    great video products. ie. arranging JV's with other marketers,
    organising ad swaps etc

    Getting this extra help will surely boost your online sales and
    as an extra benefit, you'll get to share your passion (IM)
    with your dad.

    I would have him as a professional blogger creating lots of blogs in things he knows about. Alternatively there is always content sites using his experiences building up his passive income.

    good luck with getting your dad into the business mine just asks me when im getting a real job!!!

    Perhaps he could do this:

    1. Buy a domain and forward it to an affiliate offer
    2. Research low competion keywords related to the niche and write articles for them
    3. Do some blog commenting to build links to his articles using keyword in name field. Google "comment kahuna" for free software to make this easy.

    This works and is simpler to manage than a blog/autoresponder/salespage setup as you don't have to write any sales text or do anything technical.

    Downside is that you are relying on someone elses website for money, but then again, that's true for most of us to some extent. It would be a good idea to use multiple article websites to limit risk and also get multiple listings under the same keyword.

    I think this paragraph encompasses the direction to take. Have him write info products (ebooks, reports), then sell them in the WSO section here. I guess first up he needs to get a WF membership, if he hasn't already signed up, and engage in some conversations to get his post counts up. You already know that he'll learn more about IM at an accelerated pace just by looking around here every day.

    If he's a good writer and can offer some valuable info, he can easily make $750/month selling in the WSO section. It would only take a couple WSO's a month. In fact, with bumps he could probably get by on just one good WSO per month and some good sales copy.
