There must be loads now....and loads of best free ones...ones with floating fb or twitter options...
Anyone care to throw a suggestion/solution at me?

Hello asc,

For a paid plugin Social Warfare is an excellent one which keeps getting more and more installs. It starts from around 25$/year.

For a free plugin SumoMe is great and offers a lot off functionality.

The best one I've used in my experience (for free) would be SumoMe. It was pretty easy to use and got the job done for me!
