I would also like to point out that your website can be more effective with just a few layout and copy changes, I mean you have the right idea anyhow, BUT -

There may also be an underlying fundamental issue with whatever you are eventually trying to sell and that is "You have NO MAGIC BULLET" in your presentation. Not only that, while viewing your video, your potential clients will obviously be sayin to themselves, this will be the same information I will get in a gym if I ask a supervisor. Now here is the twist, set up an affiliate with someone like AB-Rocker or any other TV marketed product and show your exercises in two ways, the home FREE way, or the HOME using AB-Product way and clearly show the benefits of the product.
