Downloading Audio Clips

hi guys i want to download the following an audio clip for this website and convert it into mp3 so i can edit it and put it into my podcast on my website. How can i do this?

    I haven't found any good Real Player converters -- you could always use a "stream recorder" (Google it) and grab it as you listen.

    Also, if you don't have permission to use that audio in your podcast you're headed for trouble.

        is there any free software for downloading this audio, most sites seem to be charging.

    Hello,

    You can install RealPlayer... it has a feature to download any
    streaming stuff as well.

    Another option is to try DownloadHelper - a plugin for FireFox.
