      Welcome friend to online marketing. I agree that you will learn a lot from this forum and also google will also help you if you do some specific searches for you to get you started. From my own personal experience i leaned that hard way that you do not need to re-invent the wheel so if you want to succeed faster and short cut your learning curve you need to find a proven system to follow.
      and don't waste time trying to learn too much or everything at once take action on the little you know and you will make good progress

    Online marketing is not much different than traditional marketing.

    You need a target market.

    That target market has to admit they have a problem that you can fix.

    You need to get in front of that target market and demonstrate to them you understand their problem.

    Then you offer them your solution.

    They buy, and then you must competently fulfill that solution.


    The media is different (internet vs direct mail, for instance) but the process is the same.

    Develop a system for each step of the process.
