Affiliate Program Linking Specific Products To Proper Page

Hi everyone,

I need to know what is the most effective and timely method of linking the proper product from the affiliate link on my website (lets say the product is New York Yankees baseball cap) to the proper page on the affiliate website. So its basically the person wanting to buy a Yankees baseball cap on my website would click on the link I provide and then they would go directly to the specific New York Yankees baseball cap page on the website of the affiliate I have joined.

Then I'd have to repeat that for the Boston Red Sox and all other MLB teams. Now do I have to do this pain stakingly and do each and every link individual or can I somehow get a 'feed' of some kind to hand that. I know BigCommerce has something like this where they can use a feed to properly categorize the different products. I'll be using WordPress though so wondering if there is something that would work like BigCommerce for WordPress?
