Hey I got a postcard a few days ago about a settlement with CJ.

Heres the URL they sent me.

Commission Junction - Settlement Website: FAQ

So I guess many of us here are class members ???

Heck I dont even know if this is for real but I assume it is. I dont have very large commissions from CJ but I imagine for many people this could be relevant.

      Pete,

I was thinking the same thing.

The payout won't be much. Unfortunately, this is the case with most instances like this one.

      Gareth,

Thanks for posting this URL though.

I got that post card too. The lawyers will get rich, all the people affected will get a very small amount.

What a farse.... looks like they settled for $1,000,000 but have to pay Lawyers $500,000 out of that fund... Then the fund has to pay for administration costs to issue the remaining balance. This administration will cost $110,000 or so, according the the document.

PS. The documant also states that if you are owed $1.00 or less you will not get it... LOL

I'll likely get less than it cost to send the postcard.
