whole marketing or ala cart

Hey guys,

I started a new company and need to build its web presents from scratch. Should I find a web developer that can do the whole project or piecemeal it out to specialist?

    You have lots of different ways you can go on this one, all depending on your experience level and budget, including:
    1) Build a simple site yourself, using simple sitebuilders like Wix.com or SquareSpace.
    2) Find a website template you like, buy it, set it up and simply change the text and photos for yours
    3) Hire out web developer who can do the whole thing for you

    The answer to your question also depends on what your site is about, what features does it need, etc...

    If you post a bit more info about your business, it'll be easier for other Warriors to make specific recommendations.

      I have an LLC in Knoxville TN USA that does real estate fix and flip and fix and rent. We need people to invest capital in order to do multiple properties a one time.

      Our site needs to be able to do the following:

      Introduce our company and team (looking trustworthy)
      Show completed projects
      Testimonials
      Show available projects and investment levels(more on this later)
      Log-in for investors
      newsletter
      accept payment
      Send out several types of communication and automatic forms

      The goal of our web presence is to drive people to the website and have them invest. We need everything including , SEO, Social Media, Blog, sales funnelling.

      We are brand new and have only completed one house. Our goal is to have around five houses in different stages at one time. The idea is that any "ordinary" person who wants to invest in "fix and Flips" can get into the business buy investing with us.

      Like I said we are starting from scratch and need everything. I would like to have an estimate broken down buy parts of the job. Website etc.


      I have done several websites before and have some expertise in WP.

      The problem with that is I just don't have time (or patience) anymore......
