Help me to get quality traffic

Hello guys!
I have a financial newsletter and would like to increase the traffic and get more subscribers.
I used google Adwords and bing in the past until the conversion was negative.
Could you recommend me an alternative?

      Have you looked into facebook? You can really get some target traffic in front of your offer. You could even try facebook video ads as well.

      Also there may be some solo ads for your niche.

      Are you offering a paid newsletter?

      You could setup a high value free lead magnet (giveaway) to get them in the front door and go from there.

      Hello James!

      I tried Facebook one time and the conversion was really poor, I offer a financial website with paid subscriptions, I do not think facebook is the target.
      Google Adwords was really good in the past but actually is not, I paid more than $1000 without any goal conversion, that really strange for me.
      I cannot afford that kind of budget, I am looking for an alternative that helps me up!

        If you failed once you wont try again? Are you serious? IM is a game of wins and failures. You cannot lose your patience if you fail once. If you have a good revenue coming out of your site, make changes, build a plan and try to keep on it for a day. Dont randomly change plans. If you do, then you dont know which one really worked for you.
        If you starting with now, with no revenues yet, try keeping a lower budget, but you need to spend to get revenues. Thats business. Else free expectations will take time, they might be fruitful or might lose upon you.

          Very true. Anything in life is about relentless perseverance. There are many successful business people who lack skill, creativity or charisma. They are just so persistant and relentless that they will have to eventually succeed.

    I already have a facebook page and also a twitter account with more than 3500 followers but the traffic is garbage, every time I post a tweet the traffic seems to be garbage.

    I'm surprised you can't get conversions on Facebook. I would have thought by targeting people interested in your subject, who follow particular magazines and sites, would be ideal for signups and sales.
