Hourly Reminder Program?
I'm looking for a computer program that will give a reminder every hour to just get away from the computer for a bit. I want to use it for productivity and health reasons. I seem to become very distracted and drained if I do not do this. I remember the work safe website had this a while back, but now they have taken theirs down. Any Suggestions?
