What do you do, when you don't get paid your commission?

I promoted two products on jvzoo. The commission, set to be delayed.
Will paid after 60 days, now, almost one year, contacted vendors but no reply.

Since then, I am trauma to promote Delayed commission products especially vendors from jvzoo.

What will you do?
I contacted the vendors, but no reply.

Thanks, I'm not asking this to be solved here.

I just wan't to know, what is the appropriate way to deal with this.

The commision, doesn't bother me, instead I'm talking about, preventive steps.

What should we do, to not get caught in this such situations.

Myself, I stop promoting delayed commission product.
      Is there anymore steps?

    Hi,

    Firstly you really need
    to understand the process
    and payments of the product,

    Some vendors will say you
get payed after 30 days and
    some 60 days...

    Many of them may cancel
    within 30 days...

    Really understand what the
    vendors ruling is then after
    that approach the vendor
    and speak to him direct...

    Ask him why you haven't
got payed and get the answer
    from them.....

This way you should have the
answer of why you haven't got
    payed and will hopefully resolve
    the issue....

    Hope that could be some
    help for you....

In my cases, both products sold about 1 year already.
      Ask him why you haven't
got payed and get the answer
      from them.....
Message them, with no reply at all.

I guess, nothing we can do with such scammer and eventually we can't warn others.
      How sad.

No. He needs to re-read rules of this forum. How can we expect new members to follow the rules when long time members don't respect rules here???

You have NAMED two people - and given your side of a story that concerns an outside site not connected to the WF. You know better. Same goes for those trying to provide "answers" to your dilemma.

In my opinion, if rules aren't enforced, those rules should be removed.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Have you contacted JVZoo about this? Your commission earnings will be in your JVZoo Affiliate Account and if that has not been refunded, they should be able to contact the Vendor on your behalf.

Delayed commissions should not be an issue but it's your responsibility to keep an eye on your commissions earning and to chase vendors after the qualifying period has expired (30 days or 60 days), assuming they have not paid you by then.

I don't promote anyone's product on the basis of 'delayed' payments. If I don't get approved for instant payment, I move onto another vendor.

It's not worth the hassle. I've dropped JVZoo years ago because of chronic non-payment by vendors. My recommendation is to never deal with individual vendors, but rather stick to reputable affiliate networks where commissions are paid independent of any vendor interaction. A few of the best ones in my experience are Clickbank, Shareasale, CJ, and Amazon.

You might have to start creating your own info-products. I assume that the products you were promoting were "internet marketing" or "make money online" products? If so, and if you have gotten sales.... then create a book/package about internet marketing, so that you can get paid more, and also.... receive your payments accordingly - and quickly.
