I suggest you use the Search here to find really in depth details to this question.

Personally, I broke into CPA 8 years ago with blogging. It was email submits but it was quite effective

blogging is a great way to start. When blogging dont be scared to make it personal, as people tend to follow someone they think they can relate to. Once you have a decent following post a review about an affiliate offer, or do email submits. Make sure you have social media pages that link to your blog as social media is a great way to find people who are interested in what you are talking about .

You can use all kind of paid traffic sources, but i suggest to use also some very high converting free traffic methods.
One of them would be joining Yahoo! Answers and directing people to your website. I noticed that on Yahoo! Answers there are lots of people searching stuff like this.

Another option would be joining an gaming forum and provide your link to people there.

Regarding Paid traffic : What worked for me was PPC Campaigns on Facebook. But i have to say more conversions have been made from free traffic then paid one.

Now, i know this method won't get you rich, but i really think it is a good start for newbies or people who wan't to make some quick money.

So for the geeks in CPA , if for example I need to promote CPA for a Game and I should ask people to download it on their mobiles , how can I do that?

I think about making a review about it , but I believe no one will search for a game review
also I think about PPV , but this will be for desktop users most mobile users will not see that
    What do you think?
    Regards

First you want to get your own website and domain name.

Then you want to start building your list so you also need an autoresponder.

After that, you need to learn how to market online. Learning how to market online is the best investment you can ever make.

Depending on your offer and traffic source, of course:

    1. Get your offer.
    2. Get / create landing page (very helpful but not always 100% needed).
    3. Send traffic.
    4. Optimize.

Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are 4 great ways to do that.

You can try free method firstly or get bing ads coupon to test how offer converts. Always track your ads with PPC and find winning one, rinse and repeat. As free method you can use forum posting, just google your topic plus word "forum". Works great as well.

Two things you need to clarify first-

Do you want to use free traffic or paid traffic?

What type of cpa offers do you want to promote i.e. CPL, CPS? As the best traffic source to use depends on what type of offers you are promoting.

Here's how you can do it:

    1. Select an offer (Maxbounty, Peerfly)
    2. Create squeeze page (Optimizepress, Leadpages)
    3. Send traffic (FB Ads, Bing Ads, Media Buying, Free Traffic Sources)
    4. Scale things up (A/B Split Testing)

As an advice you can form a lists of responsive e-mails and sequentially send them promotional offers or get people (virtual assistant) to help you run the campaign

I've been promoting CPA offer for 16+ years and I do it differently than most. A real short explanation is as follows...

When it comes to actual offers, I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead) offers. Which is basically just lead generation. The reason why I prefer PPL is that there is no credit card required to complete an offer, all a user has to do is fill out a form to make money. So conversion rates are typically much higher than offers that require a purchase.

I favor PPL offer that have a make, get or save money angle to them, as they have overall worked best for me, as they tend to have the greatest mass appeal. So the potential to produce high volume exists. I will also promote some PPL offers that don't have the money angle to them and even some offers that require a purchase, but the key is that mass appeal needs to exists. The reason why mass appeal (will appeal to a very large audience) is so important, is because of the way I generate traffic.

To generate traffic I purchase fresh/targeted data(email) that I know what the users are interested in and that a PPL offer exists that matches their interest. I generate real-time co-reg for specific ppl offers. I also purchase aged data, which is a bit more tricky and requires some additional resources.

The reason why I buy data over other methods is because I'm building assets that I then own and can market to over and over a and can produce my own traffic at relatively low cost. Compared to what most markets do, which is they are always having to spend money to drive traffic, that typically just result in a bunch of clicks and can't ever market additional offers to.

Now I'm sure many of you have read you should never buy a list, but I have no doubt that most of the people writing such, read the same thing and then preach it as the truth. However, for many this is probably good advice. As most buy a list to try and sell a single product or service that's usually going to have limited appeal. Where I'm promoting free offers (no purchase required) that pay well and have mass appeal. So the potential of generating conversion is far more likely.

Any list that you purchase is always going to not be anywhere near as responsive as an opt-in list you build yourself. So to compensate for this, you have to work with volume. Which is totally OK, because you can acquire data much faster and cheaper than building a list. You then just have to clean and prune the poor non responsive data and segment those that are responsive to a new list. So over time, you can scale and build very large lists of users that are responsive to the types of offers you send.

Anyway, that's the short of the long. It really does work and can be extremely profitable. Everyone that I know that is in the business and know what they are doing, does 6-7 figures. While that is a very large range, most of it comes to ones ability to scale and effectively manage the infrastructure that comes with scaling.

At the very least, its something to think about.

If you are already in CPA network best thing is to ask your affiliate manager how to get started with lowest risk. He or she will suggest you traffic method and what offers converts best with that traffic method. Cheers :-)
