HELP. Can't get payment from Avazu and nobody to ask what to do.

maybe someone know what to do in my situation. My account manager left Avazu and they don't give me a new one. It's my first payment from Avazu, looks like I have some kind of troubles with payment info. apx.distribution@avazu.net don't answering
