[OPINION PLEASE] Which of these names should I choose for my digital agency?

I am starting a Web Dev/ App Dev and Digital Marketing Agency.

Following are names I have shortlisted. Are they good? Are they cool or catchy for a young digital agency. Which one you think is better and why? What kind of picture is created in your mind after hearing them?

TumbleFox (Tumbling Fox)
BuiltSimple
Foxedo (Fox in Tuxedo)

Any kind of suggestion or constructive criticism is welcome.

Thanks

I really like; TumbleFox and Foxedo

They sound cool. And very catchy too.

For some reason 'TumbleFox' makes me think about Mozilla Firefox! LOL haha

Well, if you want a pure opinion (since you insist), I have to say that I like Foxedo the most.

    Why?

Who knows, maybe it just sounds good to my ears.

In any case, naming a company shouldn't be solely based on the opinions of people on a public forum.

Why not ask / survey people in your target market?

    Regards,

TumbleFox sounds great for me. I might be the minority, but Foxedo is the worst in my opinion. No matter which name you choose, you won't be able to please everyone

if BuiltSimple is available, use that. Local businesses I assume are your target market.

The other names seem kinda web 2.0ish, but not agency esque in my opinion.

All of these are for sale from the same company for a premium price. Are you associated with that company????

My opinion is. Why would I pay upwards of 2k or more for a domain, when I could probably do a little brainstorming and come up with a pretty good name that is available for $10.00. Money could be better spent elsewhere.

In fact, at this moment I can get tumblingfox.com for $10.69 at namecheap, but I am sure it will be bought and up for sale at a premium real soon

IMO, you either go after a "brandable" name with a very large marketing budget ... or ...

You go after a keyword name, something that gives viewers an indication of what your business is all about. This is the less expensive alternative.

The three names you have chosen belong in the first category. That's certainly fine . . . but be prepared to spend a lot of marketing time and effort to brand your new little company since there is no logical reason why any of these names make sense for a marketing company.

Personally, if I were in your situation, I would place a keyword or two in the name so that people seeing it online would instantly have a clue about what the company does. It's one way you brand your company every time you put your URL out there. None of the three names you're testing gives any idea about who you are. IMO, that's bad.

    Hello Pankajchandel123

Out of the three names presented, the one I'd consider the most efficient combination of a good and catchy name would definitely be TumbleFox.

It has the best ring and memorability.

    BuiltSimple
is not a viable choice at all from my perspective,
while Foxedo could serve as a secondary possibility.

    Cheers.

    Hi Pankaj,

I would agree with Steve. Place a keyword or two in the name so that people seeing it online would instantly have a clue about what the company does.

    All the Best!
