How I get my $900 Commission from Dating Site

Hello,

A Dating Site, owe me $900 dollars in commission, they do not respond to my emails, and seems do not want to pay the $900 due, is there is something to do? or better forget about them and do not promote their website further?

The are based in the USA

    Why didn`t you set a lower payout sum? $900 is a big amount to set as your first payment when working with a website you didn`t have prior experience.
    Tell us the name of the website because WF doesn`t have any problem with you saying it in this context. We want to know the name so we can stay away from them.

    Oh..I still remember those 2000$ I never got for promoting Jaman Movies through Linkshare network back in the old days of 2009. Jaman was avoiding any contact, Linkshare said it was Jaman who I should contact. The only thing left was a law suit..that takes money and time....in the end I've never seen money earned. That taught me a great lesson! Since then I've been promoting only with reliable companies and products and never missed any money earned!

    There are a lot of businesses like that. Just move on with yourself and stop wasting your energy trying to chase 900 bucks. Maybe follow through again in a week or so but its time to move on and start another business.

    Some you win and some you lose but the more you do it the more experience you will get.

    Are your commissions for CPS or CPL dating offers? Maybe the leads weren't high quality enough to meet the criteria for payout.

      DONT get legal advise. you will spend thousands to get your $900.

      Here is what you do.

      MOVE ON. count this as a learning experience on doing business with people with no reputation and promote a qualified offer from an vendor with good reviews.

      There are a lot of scum vendors out there and it seems you found one....you can do all the legal stuff you want but you will still lose money....and not only that but if the vendor operates overseas...you are really Fu*ked

    Wow sorry man. But you are "lucky" they are based in the US, makes things easier i think. If you don't have a lot of money or don 't want to spend money on a lawyer i would contact some "cheap" lawyer and ask them if they are willing to send a letter to those scammers and if succesful i would split the money with the lawyer 50/50. 450 for you and 450 for the lawyer.

    Not much you can do. $900 isn't enough to pay a lawyer for advice or for action and most won;t even really care since there's very little in it for them.

    Best to just forget about it. Move on and promote their competitors if you can.

    Even if they use a 3rd party platform you may not be able to get the 3rd party to care.

    I am currently in this situation and I am done with it.

    Are you able to login to your account area still? Maybe they don't reply to questions already stated there.
    What is your payout rate sat at? Maybe you have overlooked that it's higher than $900 and therefor not due yet?
    How did you promote their website? Maybe you broke their terms and your earnings are void?

    Could be a number of reasons why you're not getting paid. If not and they really are scamming you then please post what site so others can avoid them. Atleast that will cost them more than $900...

    Leave them alone, and use the techniques you've used to make your $900 - to sell your own information products. That way you can get your money instantly after each sale (via paypal), and avoid the hassle of waiting for someone to pay you (or NOT pay you).
