Anyone selling their products in Aussie dollars?

LO,

$US is the accepted international currency, but I wondered if any Australian warriors have tried selling their products in Australian Dollars?

Possible benefits I see are that:

1. Australian purchasers don't get a feeling of being "ripped off", due to the higher $A price after conversion if prices are quoted in $US

2. Overseas purchasers get a pleasant surprise when their final cost after conversion is less than what they expected.

What are your thoughts?
thanks, Eric G.

    Given that the Australian dollar

    1. Has risen some 30% against the US dollar this year

    2. Could go even higher because Australia has the healthiest economy in the developed world

you might be posting this here next year

"As the Oz dollar is worth more than the US dollar should I change my prices back to US dollars?"

Isn't there a dynamic geotargeting script somewhere that shows people the price in their local currency?

    Martin
