Niche Website Theme

hello
I'm going to start a new niche website about women health.
I have "Be Theme" template from themeforest.But it's hard to edit, i spend many hours on it it's too complicated.
Can you recommend to me any easy( to manage ) and good looking theme related to the niche ?

    I purchased a developers license for Thesis 2 a long time ago, so I can use the theme on all my sites.

    I personally love it as it allows full customization as well as a great support forum (which comes in really handy when first starting out).

    It's a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny IMO since I like to build websites!

      I would recommend the WordPress platform for your site. It's free and there are thousands of themes (both free and paid) available as well as plugins for specific functionality. Can't go wrong with WP and it's fairly easy to learn.

    If you are planning on getting visitors to your site with SEO forget about your theme for the moment. Instead focus on getting content onto your site that can be indexed. Once you have significant content on your site, then worry about the theme. Content is where your time is better spent.

    Wordpress is the best source. There are variety of choices. You can find there the simplest up to the most elegant theme.

    But don't focus too much on the theme, instead keep your focus on the content to generate more customer.

      My recommendation is to use a generic theme that doesn't require that much editing. This way you can focus on creating amazing content and implementing on page SEO strategies.
      The theme will start to matter once you get the ball rolling.
