complete newbie, need advice

You're young. The best thing to do is get started... on anything. You have selected 1000-2000 a month... why not 10,000 a month? Why not shoot for a million a month? My point with that is, start with what you know, and be realistic. Find something you can really get into and be passionate about.... something you don't get bored with, and are very interested in learning inside and out. The internet is -knowledge- and we all know knowledge is power. Find something you love, and master it. The real trick is to find something that marries well with YOUR specific talents or strengths.

You sound excited, and motivated. That's great! And you also found this really cool forum (which I also found just today)... I, for one, think you need to narrow down your criteria in terms of your question for us! Whatever the case, remember that working -smart- is just as important as working hard.

I'm a bit surprised you didn't also said "I want to earn 1000-2000 dollars per month, with my first payment by tomorrow"..

The thing is, that most people don't earn that amount of money.. They quit way before they earn anything near that amount.. They usually quit because they earn about $5 per week, or even less than that, so don't expect the world when you're just about to start. Set your goals lower. Much lower. Especially since you don't have any experience at all right now.

How about Fiverr..?
That could make you land a few bucks here and there for starters, (in case you can provide something of value for your clients).. So you get a feeling for the whole "internet money making" thing.. In the meantime, I'd focus on something specific.

What are you interested in?
Do you have any designing skills, writing skills etc?
Are your goals to create products and sell or do you rather sell other peoples products, being an affiliate?

What you have, the way I see it, is motivation & perhaps time. However, without sleep, you'll end up in failure for sure.. That's a fact.

I also feel that your motivation is falsly based on "INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU CAN MAKE ON THE INTERNET".. And if that's correct, then I'm sorry. Things won't be that easy.

If you have good skills of any category then you can join upwork side by side fiverr. I have seen lot's of workers are joining there everyday for earning good amount of money. Try there.

- sell your skills as freelancer
- flip products on eBay, amazon, craiglist

You might have to keep patience and invest a lot of time in order to succeed. However, you won't have to worry about the investment part.

nothing to easy, especially marketing internet, keep your patience, focus to have more and more experience. you can't earn 1000$ a month with no experience and failure before that. good luck

Hey Naofumi, you might want to take the time to figure out a business model of choice first.

Meaning, find something you can see yourself doing for the long-term.

You already seem aware that this takes a lot of hard work, so it's crucial that you pick something that resonates with you.

Based on your situation, it sounds like you have a very low budget right now so here are some options worth considering:

- affiliate marketing

- freelancing

- Kindle Publishing (this requires a budget of a few hundred dollars a month, though)

Search this forum for related threads and decide what you're going to do; one you have that figured out you'll be able to receive more specific advice.

You definitely sound like you're willing to put in the effort to achieve your goals, and that's obviously a good thing.

It seems like you're trying to stay realistic as far as income possibilities, but I would just like to stress that you should figure up how much it would take to allow you to earn a living or "quit you day job", and make that your #1 goal. Don't be concerned with getting rich. Just get to the point where you can earn a living - then you can set your focus on scaling up.

You mentioned wanting to learn SEO & programming. You can check out codeacademy, w3schools, and also firefox has a site for learning HTML, CSS, & javascript.

For SEO, I recommend Brian Dean and his backlinko site.

Learn what the successful people are doing and don't learn from the rest. Sounds easy and it actually is. See 96% of marketers don't make any money. Why? They are unwilling to do what the 4% of successful marketers do.

Fastest and easiest is with affiliate marketing.

You can go to places like clickbank, warrior plus and many others and see what the top affiliates are doing. You can even learn from the vendor owners as well because a lot of these guys are super affiliates themselves. Notice what they do! They separate themselves and promote affiliate products on the back end.

If i'm lucky i ll get about 20$ the next 3 MONTHS !

But you know what ? no one was born with skills to get money ! they all hustled hard and worked smart to get those dollars ! so why can't I hustle for the next 3 or 4 years and get results ? I know I can !

It's great that you're starting at such a young age. Just find something that resonates with you, and stick with it. Choose a niche that you're passionate about, and start by promoting affiliate products in that niche. Also, be sure to build an email list as you're doing this. There is plenty of information here on the Warrior Forum and other places.
