Setting up Clickbank alongside other sales

Hi guys

After months of faffing, I have finally got my product ready to sell and have got a rough page up with Gumroad sales at the moment.

First question is, any thoughts on Gumroad? It looks OK, but I'm not 100% sure.

Secondly, I want to put it on Clickbank too. Is it normal practice to set up a Landing Page for Clickbank on the same website? Or should I make a whole new page for Clickbank products? I'd prefer to do it on the back of this one, but then I know it will come with a hokey looking URL.

Any thoughts gratefully received!

Thanks
Nick

Seems like selling on one platform would be easier than two. Next best option would be two different domains.

Gumroad is good and I use for selling some things on Facebook.

Clickbank is an entirely different thing.

If you are considering listing on Clickbank you use their affiliate network and their administration functions which are great by the way for managing large memberships amongst other things then you need to get your product approved.

The approval process can be frustrating the first time round as you have to make sure you have all the requirements in place.

Once you've done it once it gets a lot easier.

You can put the landing page on the same site but you might want to consider a sub-domain.

The full details of what is required is listed in the Clickbank Knowledgebase here:

    Best regards,

    Ozi

Both Clickbank and Gumroad may work but it's up to you to make it all work for yourself. Which one is better? It depends on what type of product you really have to offer.

Thank you all for the responses. I think I want to go Clickbank, just to make use of the platform and the affiliates there. To be honest I was thinking of losing sales while the approval place goes though, but faced with the reality of building traffic, that seems like a bit of a ridiculous concern in retrospect!

I'll do Clickbank and go for it, thanks all!

Oh and by the way, I went for the big one, Erectile Dysfunction course. I did actually go through it and spent thousands and wasted so much time to fix it, most of the stuff out there is just crap. So, being a copywriter and a journalist, it seemed like the one to go for as the first product

I can laugh about it, now...

Gumroad is a good platform to offer your product as well as clickbank.

But you have to focus with only one. You have to choose between the two.

It's hard to keep them both. Have a better analysis of things.
