Moving profitable business online

My company is profitable and in the merchant account business. We are moving online in a week with website presence and our clients will be able to apply
for accounts online.

What is the best way to market this service to get leads or sales?
Would this be through PPC?
We have ruled out affiliates since they want to be paid immediately more or less?

Please provide some insight. Appreciate any help.
