Could someone please help a rookie?

Ok i have applied for ebay partner network and i got an email that said they needed to verify i own the domains so i am suppose to creat a text file with a code they gave me and link it to my domain name and i have not a clue how to do this i know i bet your thinking wow this guy is in trouble lol but if anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it. And also can someone tell me how you create a classified ad for ebay i couldnt find where you do that thanks in advance. I feel like a helpless child.

    I own and operate about 14 domains. The network turned me down and I have no idea why.

    I'd suggest using Amazon for products. Just a suggestion.

      Open a blank page in Notepad. Copy and paste the Activation code from eBay (under Domains) into the page, then save as epndomain.txt. Then you have to upload that to your server, into the public html/yourdomain folder. Once that's done, go back to eBay and click to confirm.
