I am a new dude on the block and I have a quick question... what are the best article directories in terms of sending traffic to your site.

Of course, the Ezine is the king... I have been using it for a few months now and it seems to be working fine despite that I have made some mistakes... but how about other directories?

I have heard that Articlesbase.com is also quite good.
